We treat health information as sensitive and design the product around privacy, control, and clear consent.

Depending on what you choose to use, Anivya may collect account information, profile details, app settings, health and wellness records, wearable or phone health data, food and workout logs, cycle or pregnancy entries, care-sharing preferences, device diagnostics, and communications with Ani.

Some information may stay on your device. Some features may require syncing with Anivya servers or trusted infrastructure so the feature can work across devices, generate reports, process subscriptions, or provide cloud-powered guidance.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate the app, personalize insights, compute wellness and trend summaries, support logs and plans, provide Ani guidance, enable care sharing, troubleshoot issues, improve product reliability, protect accounts, and comply with legal obligations.

Local-First Data

Anivya aims to keep sensitive records local where practical, especially for user-entered wellness records, images, planning data, and on-device AI context. Local data may be deleted if you remove the app or clear app storage on your device.

Sharing

We do not sell personal health information. We may share information with service providers that help us run the app, with people you explicitly invite through care-sharing features, when required by law, or to protect the safety, rights, and security of users and Anivya.

Your Choices

You can manage connected sources, app permissions, notifications, care-sharing access, profile details, and certain local records from within the app or your device settings. You may also request account deletion or data export where supported.
