anivya is built privacy-first. You own your health data, you choose how it's processed, and you can take it with you or delete it at any time. This policy explains what we collect and the controls you have.
Our approach
We treat your health data as yours, not ours. We collect the minimum needed to run the app, never sell it, and give you real controls over where it lives and how AI uses it.
What we collect
Account details you provide, health and activity data from sources you connect, blood reports you upload, and basic usage analytics that help us improve reliability.
How Ani processes your data
You choose how the AI runs. Local Ani and Apple Intelligence keep processing on your device; Cloud Ani sends only what's needed for a response and never trains foundation models on your identifiable data.
How we use your data
To compute your scores and insights, power Ani's coaching, sync across your devices, and — only with your consent — improve our models with de-identified data.
Sharing
We don't sell your data. Care-share is initiated by you and revocable. Vetted processors (e.g. cloud hosting) act under strict contracts and only to deliver the service.
Your controls
Export your full data, delete your account and history, disconnect any source, and opt out of model improvement — all from Settings.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is least-privilege and audited. On-device options mean some data never leaves your phone at all.
