Anivya Health provides wellness, tracking, and AI-supported guidance tools. You are responsible for your account, device permissions, and the accuracy of information you choose to enter or connect.
Not Medical Advice
Anivya is not a doctor, clinic, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical care. Information in the app and from Ani is for educational and wellness support only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for diagnosis, treatment, medication changes, pregnancy care, urgent symptoms, or medical decisions.
Emergency Situations
Do not use Anivya for emergencies. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
Early Access
Some features may be experimental, limited, changed, paused, or removed while Anivya is in early access. We may update availability, feature behavior, or eligibility over time.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Anivya, attempt to bypass feature access or security controls, upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, or use the product in ways that could harm others.
Changes
We may update these terms as Anivya evolves. Continued use of Anivya after updates means you accept the revised terms.
