By creating an account or using anivya, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
anivya unifies your health data into scores, insights, an AI coach (Ani), and plans. Features may evolve, and some require a paid subscription.

Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 16 to use anivya and are responsible for keeping your login secure and your information accurate.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans bill through your app store. Trials convert to paid unless cancelled before they end. Renewals are automatic; cancel anytime and keep access until the period ends.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service — no reverse engineering, scraping, reselling, or using it to harm others or violate law.
Intellectual property
anivya, the Ani assistant, and all related content are owned by us. You keep ownership of the data you provide and the content you create.
Termination
You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend access for violations of these terms, with notice where practical.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll notify you of material changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
